Being Proactive - We expect our Security Officer to be able to tell when a situation is about to arise so as to minimize the possibility of an incident occurring.
Responsiveness - We expect our Security Officers to respond quickly, efficiently and courteously to an incident rather than just watching and seeing what happens.
Working Cheerfully - Nothing is more important than leaving a good impression on the people that we work with and by being cheerful you will be the apex of happiness in your fellow workers lives.
Reliability - We all know the saying, Actions Speak Louder Than Words and by being on time, not calling off, and performing task consistently we know that our Officers are reliable.
Exceeding Expectations - All to often we encounter people who come and go solely doing the bare minimum required of them and nothing more.
