We
understand the appearance and behaviors of our security Officers directly
reflects on our clients and our company. That is why we take considerable time and effort
to ensure that all Officers are trained and prepared all before they're assigned to your post.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All of our Non-Commissioned (Unarmed) Officers must have completed the State of Texas required Non-Commissioned (Level II) Security Officer Training Course
All of our Commissioned (Armed) Security Officers must have completed the State of Texas required Commissioned (Level III) Security Officer Training Course in addition to the Non-Commissioned (Level III) Security Officer Training Course.
Our Officers who carry Pepper Spray, Expandable Baton, Handcuffs of firearms or any other defensive tool on their duty belt must have completed a Certified Training Course and be Certified & Authorized by the Texas Department of Public Safety-Private Security Bureau to carry such item.
APPEARANCE
- WHEN ON DUTY:
Security
uniforms must always be worn pressed and clean when on duty.
Shined
black shoes, black socks, and plain buckle belt with a plain buckle must be
worn.
Our Officers
must be neat, well groomed and have their hair well trimmed.
They
all must be photographed and issued an identification card which must be on
them at all times while on duty.
JOB
REGULATIONS:
It is
imperative that our security Officers follow the rules and regulations of our
clients as well as our own. Our regulations are as follows:
Officers
must never possess, or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on duty.
No
visitors, friends or relatives are ever allowed on the job site for socializing.
Never
leave the job site unless properly relieved.
Officers
must call our office in advance of lateness or absence, so that a replacement
can be sent to the job site.
Officers
are not allowed to lean, sit, sleep, nod or appear inattentive. Officers must
always be alert
They
must read the Post Orders, log and take notes daily for additional
instructions. They must follow the post orders of the clients.
PUNCTUALITY:
Under
the Rules and Regulations of this company, our Officers must, especially at any
sites whereby one Officer relieves another, be present at the site 15 minutes
before the actual time in order to get a briefing of the site.
Both
the incoming Officer and the outgoing Officer must radio dispatch to prevent
any opportunity of going home early and leaving the post or site unmanned. We do not
tolerate any dishonesty and games in our business.
Sites
where many Officers work the same shift, there would be a shift or site supervisor.
Every
Officer would have a radio to enable the dispatcher from our office to communicate
with each of them.
EQUIPMENT:
All of the following
equipment can be carried by unarmed Officers if certified: Flashlight, Truncated
Radio, Pen, Note Pad, Time Piece, Pepper Spray, Hand Cuffs, Expandable Baton,
Non-Latex Safety Gloves and are Basic First Aid, CRR/AED (Adult, Child &
Infant) Certified.
All of the following equipment is can be carried by armed Officers if certified: Firearm,
Flashlight, Truncated Radio, Pen, Note Pad, Time Piece, Pepper Spray, Hand
Cuffs, Expandable Baton, Non-Latex Safety Gloves and are Basic First Aid,
CRR/AED (Adult, Child & Infant) Certified.
